With certified coaches on hand, plus organized events, tournaments, and a clubhouse offering refreshments with court views, it’s a vibrant padel destination in Ubud.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver private and group coaching sessions for all ages and abilities (beginner to advanced).
- Lead and grow the kids’ academy, designing engaging and developmental programs.
- Plan and run tournaments, social events, and community mixers.
- Act as a welcoming face of the club, assisting members, encouraging participation, and maintaining a positive vibe.
- Align coaching methods with the standards and culture of Monkey Padel Bali, ensuring consistent player improvement.
Qualifications
- Experienced padel player with demonstrated coaching background.
- Ideally certified (e.g., Nox Level 1 or equivalent coaching qualification).
- Comfortable engaging with kids and adults, tailoring sessions to diverse needs.
- Fluent in English (and Bahasa Indonesia or other languages is a plus).
- Friendly, enthusiastic, and community-focused mindset.
Schedule
- For full-time roles: ideally 35–40 hours per week across mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
- Part‑time options also welcome flexible hours, especially during weekends and peak times.
